Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey, cooked
- 1/3 cup mashed sweet potatoes, cooked
- 1 cup brown rice, cooked
- 1/2 cup steamed, shredded kale
- 1/2 cup green beans, chopped
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cranberries, chopped
Instructions
Combine the green beans and cranberries in blender or food processor, and blend well.
Add the remaining ingredients and pulse briefly to mix them together.
Measure out ¼ cup of the mixture and form small patties.
Recipe notes: The green beans in this recipe can be either raw or cooked.
