Stuart Stein has over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry including as chef de cuisine and executive chef for several fine-dining French/Mediterranean restaurants in the United States. He is an American Culinary Federation Certified Executive Chef, Certified Culinary Educator and the 2017 Western Regional Culinary Educator of the Year.
