Vinaigrette Salad Kitchen offers a variety of healthy options that are sourced locally. Featured is Bluegrass Blackberry: a bed of tricolor leafy spring mix, sliced red onion, fresh strawberries, crumbled feta, topped with crisp apple chips and local pecans from Kight’s Pecan Orchard (Ballard County). Our house made Blackberry Sorghum Vinaigrette is made with local Habeggar Farms Blackberry Jam (Allen County) and Country Rock Sorghum (Woodford County).
