News from Louisville Forward: To support local restaurants affected by new regulations and accommodate those who are picking up carry-out orders and gift cards, PARC is allowing free parking at meters adjacent to restaurants for up to 15 minutes. The LEE Initiative Restaurant Workers Relief Program: In partnership with Maker’s Mark, 610 Magnolia is transforming into a relief center for any restaurant worker who has been laid off or has had a significant reduction in hours. They are offering help for those in dire need of food and supplies. Each night, volunteers will pack hundreds of to-go dinners for pick-up. Dinners are offered on a first come first serve basis. Limit 2 per person unless there is an emergency situation. Other supplies for those in need: diapers, wipes, baby food, non-perishable canned foods and cereals, toilet paper, and Tylenol. Limits on how much any one person can take of these supplies but they will be handed out free to those in need.
Program will continue throughout the quarantine period or until financial resources are exhausted. Details of the program:

- Program will be offered 7 nights a week until otherwise notified.
- Pick up time is 5:00-8:30pm nightly. Please arrive with list of needs and items will be delivered to your car.

Southern Indiana: Pints & Union location: As part of grant from The Lee Initiative and Restaurant Workers Program, beginning April 8, Pints & Union will offer drive thru grocery service daily from 5-8:30pm on the alley side of building. Time vary and inventory changes as donations are received. Take away meals are first come first served and will be frozen soups, breads, pickled veg etc. Freezing and extending your shelf life.
