Restaurant Manager Grant Williams has crafted a spirited farm-to-cocktail menu that beautifully enhances Executive Chef Mike Wajda’s inventive and decisively modern farm-to-table comfort food.

Grant’s creativity is sparked in the kitchen. “For so long, bartenders have had to use artificial flavors and overprocessed ingredients. Working with farm-fresh ingredients is unique, new and exciting. It inspires me,” he says. “It also creates an uncommon bond between front and back of house—getting to work with Chef, determining what’s in season and how to bring it to life in the glass.”

Says Chef Wajda, “Grant’s approach to cocktails creates cohesion in the Everyday Kitchen dining experience, from the first beverage that hits the table to the food that arrives on the plate. He sets the bar high from the start.”
