Mother's Day Brunch Buffet in the Archibald Cochran Ballroom

Treat Mom to a brunch buffet with assorted breakfast pastries, jam and jellies, cured meats and sausages, applewood smoked bacon, Belgian waffles, eggs benedict, made-to-order omelets, scrambled eggs, grits, salad, fried chicken, green beans, roasted sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, collard greens, pintos, roast beef, glazed ham, grilled chicken, grilled salmon, a pasta station, desserts, and a special kids’ menu.
