- ½ cup salted roasted cashews
- 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon roasted sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger
- 1 garlic clove, peeled (optional)
Preparation
• Put cashews in a blender with remaining ingredients. Blend 30 seconds. Drizzle in ¼ cup water as the blender is running. Blend until smooth, adding water as needed to achieve desired consistency.
