- Large stalks of broccoli, cauliflower or whole Brussels sprouts
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Toss large stalks of broccoli, cauliflower or whole Brussels sprouts (or a combination of the three) in some olive oil.
Preheat an iron skillet in a 500° oven. Once it reaches 500°, add your Brassica to the pan and return to the oven; after about 5 minutes remove from oven and toss. Return to oven for another 5 minutes, or until browned. Salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
