Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup bourbon
- 1 cup ketchup
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- ¼ cup orange marmalade
- 1½ ounces good bourbon (reserved)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients except bourbon in small pot. Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes. Drink reserved bourbon. Sauce will last in fridge for weeks.
