- 2 big garlic cloves, finely minced or smashed
- ½ cup flat-leaf parsley, de-stemmed, minced and packed
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest (yellow part of peel)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Combine ingredients and serve as a relish with grilled or braised meats or stews.
