Ingredients
- 1 14.75 ounce can salmon, drained, reserve liquid
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup onion, onion
- ½ cup saltine crackers, crushed
- 2 tablespoons oil
Instructions
Mix together. If mix is too dry add a little of the reserved liquid from the salmon. Heat oil in skillet and cook over medium heat until both sides are brown.
