Spiced Pepitas
- 1 cup pepitas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½–1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, to taste
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place pepitas (pumpkin seeds) in a single layer on a baking sheet. Toast in oven for about 5–10 minutes, or until they are a golden brown. Transfer pepitas to a medium bowl and toss with olive oil, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, paprika, chili powder and salt. Once cool, store in an airtight container for up to 30 days
