Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar (or any vinegar)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
Optional:
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, 1 clove smashed garlic, 1 teaspoon honey (any or all)

Preparation

• Mix ingredients and shake or stir to dissolve salt. Makes 1¼ cups.

• Can be used as meat marinade, also to season roasted or grilled vegetables.
