Ingredients
- 1 cup olive oil
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar (or any vinegar)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Optional:
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, 1 clove smashed garlic, 1 teaspoon honey (any or all)
Preparation
• Mix ingredients and shake or stir to dissolve salt. Makes 1¼ cups.
• Can be used as meat marinade, also to season roasted or grilled vegetables.
