Ingredients
SERVINGS: 1 Cocktail
- 2 ounces bourbon or rye whiskey
- 1 egg white
- ¾ ounce lemon juice
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- Angostura Bitters
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake about 20 seconds. Using a Hawthorne strainer, strain into a coupe glass or up glass. For a beautiful garnish, space 3 small drops of bitters equally atop the cocktail’s foamy surface, then gently pass a toothpick through all in a single line from edge to edge.
