Wellness Center Sprouts in Springhurst
Rainbow Blossom Natural Food Markets has redesigned their Springhurst store as a holistic Wellness Center that will provide one-stop shopping for services, classes and products to support mind and body health.
The Wellness Center offers ongoing nutrition coaching, massage therapy, fitness training, energy healing and aromatherapy. Experts include Becky Bitely-Morris of Kentuckiana Personal Fitness, Mary Wuerdeman of In2LivingWell, Jenny Boice of Create Your Life and practitioners from Kammaleathahh Livingstone Sustainable Health Choices, among others.
The Wellness Center has also been outfitted with a state-of-the-art kitchen sponsored by General Electric Appliances, providing space for regular healthy cooking classes and do-it-yourself workshops.
A grand opening celebration is scheduled for September 10 at 3608 Springhurst Blvd., Louisville.
