Ingredients
- 4 mint leaves
- 2 ounces Hotel Tango Bourbon
- 1/2 ounce honey simple syrup*
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1-2 dashes lemon bitters
Instructions
Lightly muddle mint in syrup in rocks glass. Add bourbon and lemon juice and pack glass full with crushed ice. Stir until chilled. Garnish with mint sprig.
TO MAKE HONEY SIMPLE SYRUP:
Add 1/2 cup honey and 1/2 cup water in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil, stir and simmer for five minutes. Allow to cool and store in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to a week.
