Tarragon-Infused Vinegar

Ingredients

  • 3 sprigs tarragon
  • 2 cups white vinegar

Preparation

Heat the vinegar (do not boil), pour over the sprigs of tarragon and seal.

Let vinegar and herbs infuse for about 2 weeks before using.
