New Ventures from Chef Madeleine Dee
Louisville native Chef Madeleine Dee brings the world’s flavors to her hometown through Fond, her fine-dining restaurant, and Fond Originals, a line of handmade specialty foods created by Dee.
The Crescent Hill restaurant hosts monthly themed dinners for 12 people. Available two nights per week, the six-plus-course menu generally leans Mediterranean and/or European with influences typically based on Dee’s global travels.
Dee’s culinary skills can be enjoyed at home with a gourmet specialty food line, including Roma Tomato Sauce, Fig Pizza, Risotto Cakes, Broccoli-Bacon-Cheddar Quiche, Blueberry-Lemon Jam and Strawberry-Ginger Jam.
