Ingredients
SERVINGS: 1 Cocktail
- 6 sprigs mint
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- ½ ounce fresh lime juice
- 1½ ounces Copper & Kings American Dry Gin
- ¾ ounce ginger beer (Copper & Kings’ brand, Butchertown Soda Ginger Beer, is the best I’ve ever had)
Instructions
Place leaves from five mint sprigs in shaker with syrup and lime juice, and muddle. Add gin, then fill with ice; shake well. Strain into a highball glass with ice and add ginger beer. Garnish with remaining mint sprig and a lime wheel.
