Two restaurants offer jobs, support, hope to those in recovery.
Split biscuit in half with serrated bread knife. Dip 3 chicken tenderloins in rice flour, then beaten egg, then Rice Krispies and place in deep fryer at 350° for 6 minutes.
Spread honey butter evenly on bottom biscuit. Place fried chicken cut side down on honey buttered biscuit. Add marmalade to top of chicken and finish with poached egg. Top with other half of biscuit.
