- 1 pound green beans
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger (grated on a rasp, zester or Microplane)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
Preparation
Heat oven to 400°F. Trim the ends of green beans as necessary. Toss in a bowl with remaining ingredients. Pour into a wide sheet pan and bake 15 to 20 minutes, stirring once, until beans are shriveled and browning in spots.
